Enjoy our newly-constructed cottage that is the perfect location for your next getaway! With its sweeping mountain views and spring-fed pond, the Bridal Suite Cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Day-of use of the cottage begins at 8AM until the start of your ceremony. The cottage features abundant amounts of natural light, stunning mountain views, two porches, a full kitchen, a wet bar, and all the amenities you'll need to get ready on the day of your wedding. The Bridal Suite adds a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere that is unlike any other farm wedding venue. Add this a la carte option to any package listed above.

Big Spring Barn and grounds are also a great space for reunions, rehearsal dinners, and other events. Hourly events cannot be booked instead of a wedding package for a wedding.
Hourly events require a 3 hour minimum rental time and include a parking attendant, staffing for setup and tear down, and access to our entire Big Spring inventory linked here.

Make transportation around the farm even easier with our 4-seater golf cart. Our electric golf cart will quickly and quietly get you and your guests around the farm with ease.
Perfect for guests with limited mobility, or for couples that want to make the best use of their portrait time with their photographer! Have it available to shuttle guests from the parking lot or even to take them directly the hilltop or peninsula ceremony sites. Our staff will happily drive guests, family, bridal party, or anyone else that would like to use the golf cart.
Rental begins an hour before the ceremony and ends at the completion of your reception.

The Mountain Top Experience is a (up to) one hour farm excursion that will take you and your spouse, your photographer and/or videographer to some of the most stunning spots on the Big Spring property. These locations have previously been unaccessible on wedding days, but thanks to our 4x4 Polaris Ranger, we can now share these stunning views with you! Reservations are made by the hour for up to four passengers and are weather dependent (a full refund will be issued if cancelled due to inclement weather).

Contract & Deposit
To begin booking, request a contract for your event date and the appropriate package by emailing through the link below. Your contract will be “live” for 5 days after it has been delivered. During that time, no one else can request a contract for your date.
To officially book, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your final balance is due with a signed contract for you event date within this 5-day window. A damage deposit of $500 will be charged at the time of booking. That deposit will be returned within 15 business days following the event per no damages to the property.
To ensure we can continue to provide exceptional service, a 15% service fee is applied. This helps support competitive wages for our event staff as well as offset the increasing costs of payment processing and overall business operations.
