How the FINAL ROUND will work: The 13 vendors that have graciously offered their time, talent, and services to this giveaway, have each selected 5 non-biased individuals to vote to select the grand prize winner. With 13 total vendors, this means there will be a 65 person panel who will vote to choose the winning couple!
The winning couple will be announce at 9am on Thursday February 12th on our blog and at http://www.katelynjamesblog.com
